The mug is a nice touch,
I like the consistent use of yellow across the character designs, it certainly lends an air of camaraderie, while allowing them to be individuals.
The 1980's/90's clip art is a cute choice as well.
I am overall curious about their characters, but still from this simple image have a sense of who they are, and their general attitudes.
