I'd do "nothing". I wouldn't contact an administrator like the above poster--what's the point? I'd just continue on with my judging of the portal, disregarding it. I'd also ignore the swarm of "How canz has exp?!" PMs... it sounds more annoying than it would be worth.

Well, there's nothing much I could do. Maybe only messing up with NG a little bit. Or posting a thread that no one would believe.

I, like most people would look through some of Tom's PMs and see what's going on behind the scenes on Newgrounds. Then I might post on the forums a bit before logging back into my own account and PMing Wade/Tom what happened and how I didn't even notice at first.
I would give myself mod powers, and take a screenshot for the thread i would open.
