Error in flash portal?

I recently uploaded my new flash game but when I tried to upload a newer version because people were complaining that it was too laggy, I got the error "Error - Filesystem error while saving Flash file - please try again.
", and then it disappeared from my flash submissions page. You can still see it in the flash portal page, but when you try to access it it yells at you saying "ERROR - No submission ever existed with ID 480667."
When my friend attempted to upload something of his own just now it gave him the same initial error, preventing him from submitting.

Either your submission was blammed, or you tried to upload the newer version with the same file name and it screwed up the system.

Either way, it's your fault.

It wasn't blammed, it had been approved and had a rating of 3.5
If it was blammed, I'd have also gotten an email.
I screwed up the system :X

Hm, that's weird -- I experiencing the same problem. Hopefully, Tom or Liljim can fix this for us.

I honestly have NO idea what went wrong there. I've spent the past 30 minutes or so consulting with my peers and even after carefully examining the code, we can't figure out what could have happened. Would you be terribly disappointed if I asked you to resubmit the works? I haven't heard of anything like this happening in at least 5 years (there were issues way back when), so hopefully (unfortunately not for you :() this is just some freak anomaly.... Let me know how you get on, if this is a persistent problem, I definitely want to get to the bottom of it - thank you for contacting me about it.

Yesterday same thing happned to me, altought it was while i was updating a major bug that didn't let you finish the game.

The game was going with a good rating and nice comments.

I think that a admin could delete it once spotted that bug (and while i was uploading the fixed version) i think that happned because a admin kamikaze2009 appear on fav list.

After that lot's of "ERROR - no submission ever existed - http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/48 0534" appear.

I didn't get any warning of any kind via e-mail nor PM.

Today i tried to resubmitt the game and all wen't well with a new ID of course (480730) and the game upload just fine....but another problem confronts, NG doesen't uses the dimensions i supplied 800x500 :S

Hm, this seems to be a persistent problem -- It has to be solved and fixed. I'm talking to liljim about it at the moment, so anyone whom experienced the same problem plead your story here, I suppose.

Tom Fulp and the gang figured out the problem:

"BTW we tracked down that delete problem - it was related to a new web server that went live this week, so we're still sorting that out but in the meantime stuff won't get deleted anymore."
