Contest: Printer Song. Cash prize.

Ever since I heard the song Printer Jam I've been wanting to make a printer-based song of my own. So I went to work where I collect old electronics for recycling, pulled a few printers aside, and recorded them. Then I thought to myself...why should I have all the fun?

Let's have a contest. Whoever makes the best song using at least one of the printer samples in that pack wins a lifetime of internets. And 40 bucks, paid to you via PayPal. Naturally, the song using the most printer samples will have a stronger chance of winning, provided it still sounds good.

You can manipulate the samples as much as you want.

Any genre accepted.

The deadline is 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (NG time) August 16th, 2009.

When's the deadline?

I listened to the samples and, unfortunately, what I think I'm going to need to do... grab samples from the audio clips, do some editing and repitching (maybe), make a soundfont pack out of them, and then write music using the 'Rig Printer Soundfont.'

Ooo, put it online when it's all done! Although you don't need to make a soundfont pack out of them to make a song, that would still be pretty cool.

I used some tools in Fruity Loops and a printer loop made from Rigs Samples. Please reviews, although there is nothing that great there.
