Cool :) what about doing both, if nae has the time to make posters, and Ashman makes a flash, you can work together if you have an overall image finished and do both, sell the posters (if possible) in the NG shop if that can be arranged?

im not making a poster, if nae wants to do that iv got no problems with it, but im not doing it, im sticking with the flash, again sorry

that was the general jist of the idea for nae to do the poster if she has the time, i just meant working together as in making the poster and the flash to both be working with the same theme and setup of images.

Why?
All you have to do is to make the finished citycape rectangular and the print'll work out just fine.

Let's do some town planning, first ;)
If we're careful, we can make both options a possibility.

first thing i was wondering is, do i have to put in those roads, and make this actually look like a real city, because if i do, then some parts of some buildings are gunna get cut off, i was just gunna arrange them so everything is visible, of course make sure everything is in line so it doesnt look odd

You may be able to put in road (motorways if necessary). If you check out the eboy guys' stuff, they've got a few devices to give the buildings room to breathe, like roundabouts and parks.

The planning needn't be that complicated (prob would look less of a mess if it was simple). It could a series of buildings dotted around some open park space or two. Or four.

So... I think itd be very cool if you could somehow hover your mouse over a building to make it semi opaque... that way you wont have to worry that much about where you place the buildings...

Don't worry guys, i'm not dead (yet)
I'm sorry for not being around at all recently, Life's been pretty shit, and I haven't been on my computer much, so yeah - I'm sorry :(

I can#t see this being a poster, but as ash (i think it was) said - It'd be better as a Flash collab/display.

I've got alot saved, so ill bag it up in a zip, and send it to you to save having to download everything again
If you have any problems with anything, contact me on my e-mail
jester.charlie@gmail.com - as im more likely to take notice, as Im really forgetful,
once again, i'm sorry.

Massive thanks to everyone who's been a part! :D
I hope we can get this done!

that would work i guess, i was gunna have scroll over and the name of the artist comes up, but yeah, i can use that instead, and probably a sidebar or something with the artist name

I think it might be easier to have small buildings in the front, large in the back? Idk, I guess that seems obvious enough. I've never designed a cityscape before, my bad.
Also, remember that there is a beach/tiki area, and stuff like that.

Maybe we could have some people throwing frisbees to dogs in the park(s)? Idk, brainstorming
