hey...the crew flash should include al the subleaders, me, and a few others...all the subleaders have to have their own lil pic 2 represent them, the other (exept me) should all be the same, other then...maybe a color change?

People tell me that I sometimes have really good ideas for flashes and stuff, but I can't really draw or program or anything.
