Dj Ogivly Stealing Music From Ng

So there's this guy who calls himself "Dj Ogilvy" on youtube who stole music from Xkore , Nightkilla and Me. I managed to make a copyright claim on my song and i managed to make their account closed.

But the problem is that he has our music on Itunes and he has a whole new album called "the sky is above" ( YOU DON'T SAY!?)
I have no doubt that the music on that album is stolen too, because the style and sound quality changes dramatically on each track.

So I'll leave you the album links and if you're the creator of such tracks or if you know the original author of the previous mentioned; Please contact the author and tell them to fill the Itunes copyright claim form

I already send one , but itunes doesn't always care about one guy. So yeah , you know where i am going.

His name sucks too, a producer choosing the name 'DJ anything' is a good sign he picked his name when he was 14.

Itunes should delete him and send him a threatening cease and desist letter.

Not if you pay a shitload of money to a distributor (like CDBaby). That's also why I don't get why he puts the music on Itunes: he doesn't seem to have a large fanbase so he'll probably just end up losing money.

You can put songs on itunes through cd baby, and reverbnation I believe. But it costs money.

For 20 (or 25 idr) bucks you can create a google music page, they keep 30% if the profit, but it's the android market/google.

The label was created 2 days before they added Dj Ogilvy and all their activity is related to him. Don't you think a starting label would be gathering people as crazy as a little kid on a killing spree on Quake III??

Right now , my priority is to remove the music on itunes because everytimes someone uses one of the songs for youtube , his name will appear on the video description along with the itunes link.

I took a look at the form, but I'm not sure how some of the specific portions can be applied in this situation. For example, does distributing songs through a creative commons license count as an "exclusive right that is allegedly infringed"?
