there is a pop up ythat says HELP I AM DROWNING

The background is formed out of multiple sheets of the same image. If you takeo on of those ( http://www.thisisnotporn.com/pics/flood.gif ) It comes out into a binary message. Translate it and you get 075 078 079 084

These are the invisible numbers under the truck. WTF is up about them?
