Congrats to all the winners, the submissions were awesome, I still can't decide which was better, and the games... well, you did the right decision Krinkels, with all the respect with those who made their game submissions.
Shame I hadn't something completed to this Madness day, I'm still a bit sad but we have the next year :D (doubt: we have another year, right? Krinkels?)

Right about everything I anticipated, got on top and even in correct order I predicted, except for the art part which I'll never understand how modern art works but they all deserved it.

Speaking of which. I feel it somehow not being fair as an animation takes weeks or months of work and a single art piece takes usually a day or two. I remember the first price for a animated submission being a 1000 bucks at some point, in 2012 it dropped to 300 bucks. Now it's 100.

While it's better than nothing, hour wise it carries a lot much weight. I feel it should still be rewarded accordingly.

There seem to be no Madness games at all since the time Madness: Project Nexus came out.
Now, all people can think of making is an M:PN clone, but they can't handle the complexity and size of such a project.

I know it's not the most important thing. However it definitely helps to pull a bigger crowd. I remember the best and most professional submissions from previous madness days. They were mind blowing. Some wouldn't even have been here without the big rewards.

Guess i'll leave it at this. Feel like I'm pouring salt in an open wound.
