It got like 80K downloads but on YouTube it has like 1000 views, are those fake or something? can I find out from where they are coming from?

I'll sticky this thread since it keeps coming up. Some of you will see a LOT of downloads now because of a very popular game called Geometry Dash, which allows users to use music straight off of NG.
Also, the ability to download tracks from unscouted users has been disabled. This is mostly to stop people from uploading stolen music just for GD.

Have you heard of the game Geometry Dash? In a recent update in the game, it allowed you to download custom music from newgrounds and put them in your custom levels in the game. When people download the song, it counts as a download here without giving a view. I know because the same thing actually happened to me, and i found the level in geometry dash it was coming from. So, if you ever wanted your song in a video game, well, congrats, dude.
