He's a cheap mexican rip-off of Dave Chapelle who isn't funny at all.
He's just a by-product of teh Chapelle Show's success.Comedy Central was hoping a show with a similiar style would get the same appreciation.
One thing they forgot was that the Chapelle Show kicked ass and Mind of Mencia sucks ass.

Carlos Mencia like set my people back a couple of centuries with his horrible jokes and corny skits. The only funny thing was the thing where the tried to figre out what the road sign meant.

Dave Chappelle definitely had racist humor, but he wasn't seious about it, and his skits were well-written and actually funny (Samuel Jackson!). Mencia, on the other hand, rodethe racist bandwagon. He doesn't even put humor in it; he just drastically stereotypes everybody, and to add insult to injury, tells you how much he doesn't care with his "edgy, " "in-your-face" attitude. His skits are lame, predictable, and certainly not funny. I'm surprised he has a career.

Dave Chapelle and Mencia both suck. Dave Chapelle sucks because he ran out of material and his old stuff isnt funny. Mencia sucks because his show got old half way during the first episode.
