Most of the stuff he says is pretty funny, however, I've seen many episodes that are a complete waste of my time.

He's a Hispanic Dave Chappelle in my opinion.
Not only can he point a finger at other races, he can make fun of Latin Americans also.
Plus, his wife is hot (at least the one he brings in the sketches.)

Not true. He is very unfunny. It is required for him to YELL at his audience to get the smallest of laughs. And the only truth his ravings bring are truths that have already been discussed, and are blatantly obvious.
Dave Chappelle is way better.
