I havn't caught any of the new season but Carlos Mencia is hilarious. Racist, no he's just pointing out how racist other people are. It's similar to south Park because he is exagerating real life with with jokes. If you pay attention he's just exploiting stereotypes that America created. Just because you bring up racism doesn't mean your racist. Judging people on their race is less intelligent than judging people by how they dress.

Saying the word "beaner" every five seconds is hardly a profound statement about racism, nor is it in any way funny. Add in that he's not even Mexican, and his name is actually Ned Holness, and you have an excellent recipe for failure. Dave Chappelle manages to do it with tact and humor, whereas Ned's approach is just trying to be loud and "edgy," which might be good if he could actually pull it off decently.

Carlos Mencia is great, I agree that the second season of Mind of Mencia was beginning to get old with the same old jokes, but I think he is bringing some new stuff to the table for the third season.
And to people who say that he does the same jokes over and over, well almost every comedian does that. Comedians tend to make jokes about real life situations, and they only have so much of them to make jokes about.
And to people who say that he stole jokes from any other comedian, a lot of comedians do that also. Since a lot of jokes are about current events, there are only so many ways to make a joke about a certain situation, so eventually there is going to be a repeated or stolen joke, get over it.
My brother watches that show, and I hate it. The man is a skinhead. I don't think forcing little Chinese girls to perform even the most menial and demeaning of tasks, just to watch them suffer and cry.
