Ok this is the official thread for the serch for the Halo 3 Skulls.

If any one can provide the technique for getting the certain skulls then it will help many other people.

Gold Skulls

Iron: Unfound.
Black Eye: Unfound.
Tough Luck: Unfound.
Catch: Unfound.
Fog: Unfound.
Famine: Unfound.
Thunderstorm: Unfound.
Tilt: Unfound.
Mythic: Unfound.

Silver Skulls

Blind: Unfound.
Grunt Birthday Party: Unfound.
Cowbell: Unfound.
(Unknown): Unfound.

I think there is another skull but it hasn't been confirmed by Bungie.

I think it might take a while before you find all those skulls. I've played Halo 2 for hours and I only found two skulls on my own :P

The skulls are to make the game more challanging and they also get the recipiants achivements to improve their gamerscore.

Once they get the skulls the people can also do the levels again with them activated and beat a certain score and they can get another achivement.

I found mythic, last level, take a right turn into a small crevice at the beginning of the level, go all the way to the end of the crevice, it should be there. Any difficulty.

I suppose so but with all the Halo 3 players on Newgrounds serching for every skull with 4 in a party im sure we will find them in no time.

Also i have a few theorys on where some are so next time im on Halo 3 i will happily go on with a few Newgrounders to find them.

Also i have found the Iron Skull it is located near the of the level after you've fought your way through the jungle battles. Cross the bridge to the far side of this open space. Stay on the right side of the bridge as you cross it and keep jumping up to the level's that are above you. Before long, you'll be on the long ledge that leads you to the far corner to find the Iron skull.

something is supposed to happen, when you find all the skulls, in a particular order.
They were origanally planning to do this for Halo2, but couldnt.

You get achievements for finding skulls in Halo 3.

Black Eye skull, on the levle The Crows Nest, as soon as the start the level, head up to the top floor with a door with a red light and turn 180 degress. Face the red rafter thingies and get ontop of them. Walk to the end, and wallah. Black Eye skull.
