I submitted a flash movie, and now I want to find it, but it doesn't appear anywhere! I don't know if it passed the voting test, but I'd want to see how many views, etc... I want to see it and I don't know how!!!

If your flash passed or failed to pass judgement you will be notified to your NG account email. Check there.

If your flash passes, you can access it from your userpage. Since I see no flash there by you, I'll assume it has been blammed. Sorry.
Flashes that pass judgement will be found on your profile page. If it didn't make it through you can find it in the graveyard, not that flash, but the title + description/reviews under the date it was submitted. You'll get an email too if it doesn't make it.
It may also be, that you didn't succesfully uploaded it or interrupted the upload and so it wasn't uploaded (I did the mistake with an icon).
