Guys, help me with my workout plan
This is what I got so far:
Every weekday after dinner, I do (In order)
10 pushups
Go on the excercise machine for 20 minutes
10 situp
1/2 or 1 hour on the tredmile.
I am starting on my birthday, taking a photo, then comparing to what it'll look like next year. :D
Hmmm, people can be so silly when it comes to dieting/work outs.
First off, try working out BEFORE dinner. You'll just get cramps if you try working out after eating/drinking. Seriously. The work out won't work at all if you do that :P
10 is a small number, but if that's all you can do, go for it and try to constantly increase that number. By the end of the year, try to get yourself up to around 30 by trying to constantly increase your workouts intensity. Really 30 isn't that grand either, but for some people, that's a lot.
Also, what kind of excersize machine are you dealing with? I'd like to know what it works out.
Running is THE #1 way to lose weight/get in shape. In fact, if all your trying to do is lose weight, then all you have to do is run. Core workouts and all those little ditties are just icing. Running drops pounds if you can actually get yourself to run on a regular basis.
Also, do not neglect to stretch before and after your workouts. Stretching is exceddingly important and a lot of people fail to realize that. The best time to stretch is after a warm up, because if you stretch before getting your muscles warm, you might hurt yourself.
Last thing, drink lots of water. It helps rebuild muscles, eliminates waste from the body and has no calories, there fore you can drink almost as much as you want with no weight gain.
I have a lot more, but I don't feel like typing up information thats widespread through out the internet.
