Unfortunately, as eBaum and his so called 'lawyers' have stated, many of the movies on his site were given by free will. True the people who gave their movies were lied to and tricked, but deception is not a crime. eBaum has not stolen half his content, and the hlaf he DID steal, we cannot prove.
Devious and Greedy he may be, but eBaum is still extremely cunning. It will take more than a few users from Newgrounds, SomethingAwful, and Fark to bring him down.
