I desire the removal of one of my entries that exceeds 400 votes. I do not know how to do this. Please inform me of the best and quickest way to accomplish this.

PM Wade and ask for removal of the flash. Be sure to put "Newgrounds Help" in the title or else he'll delete the PM without even reading it.
Also, rename your flash to "deletethis01" (or something similar), Wade sometimes searches through the portal and deletes those flashes.
