Waw I got frontpage!!! Thanks alot to everyone who has played this and to newgrounds itself for the great publicity!. Just like to add a few points that many people have asked. The murderer in my game is not michael myers or jason or anyone!. Also this is not a follow up from Resident Evil, It is totally my story but with a RE theme. Also for anyone who has been confused by any points in the game, the sequel will reveal all! thanks again!
My game is set in a resident evil atmosphere. You start off in a huge scary mansion with nothing but your quick wit to keep you alive. Explore everywhere for clues and make sure you have quick reactions... can you survive.. This game has taken me ages to complete. I have put alot of effort and thought into it.hope you enjoy....

Resident Evil Style Games are okay. Resident Evil Style Games where you can't really interact means you should have taken more time with the game. The elements were there, but the waiting periods between action and movement were the lacking portion. Good job in total, but you could do better next time.

But it does need some work. Some of the items were way too small to even find..I ended up clicking randomly, and the sound wasn't the greatest. HOwever I love the style(im alaways one for a "escape the f-ed up place" kind of game) and I do look forward to the next one.
Not that great, not that awful
I'm giving you credit points just because I enjoy the horror themed choose-your-path type flash games. However, when compared to other games that I have tried on NG (ExMortis, Ambridge Mansion, Found Lost, Nightmare House) this is quite amateurish. Conversely, in the pantheon of similar, shitty games like say Orgy Mansion (ugh), this is a step up and benefits from your effort. The Myers stuff was enough to cause a jump scare, but I think if that was going to be the focus you should have maybe made it a Halloween themed flash (not enough of those as is) instead of trying to include the somewhat convoluted zombie plot (one corpse rises, the other doesn't). The graphics could stand improvement, but they aren't the worst I have ever seen. A few annoying spelling errors (but those always bother me whenever I see them), but otherwise not a bad effort and I look forward to seeing if you can improve on the formula. Also, huge props for using The Fog theme at the end. If you wanna do some Carpenter themed stuff in the future (perhaps a game of this type, except with the Prince of Darkness or The Thing motiff), I'm all for it.
