Triple Step is a strategy/puzzle game, where you navigate across a map with explosive squares to reach a chest on the opposite end of the map. In addition to the explosive squares, you will have to deal with a timer and cryptic light patterns. There will be four difficulty levels(Easy, Normal, Hard, Extreme). This game is designed to be challenging, but very rewarding once you get the hang of it.
Controls:
Use the directional arrows on the keyboard or use the mouse to move the character.
Left-Click or press Z twice to open up the chest.
Hold Shift or Z to speed up the character.
Press X for the options menu.

Am I understanding this right that this is a memory game? I love minesweeper, but I don't see a puzzle element here, it's all just about making sure you don't step on the wrong square, but you can't mark the wrong one, so it's tricky to remember exactly where you've been. I'm guessing the light is just there to be a distraction and make it harder to track where you've been.
I felt like the game was a combination of a strategy/puzzle. The puzzle elements actually come from the name of the game. I named the game "Triple Step" because you can actually beat each level in three steps, hence the name "Triple Step". That is where the puzzle elements come from. You figure out how to do that by examining the light patterns. The light patterns are different for each map for a reason. Thanks for the feedback.
I liked it. Got a little frustrated after a while lol.
I'm glad you liked it. The game can be challenging when you play the hard difficulty levels.
I do not really like this. Easy and fun at first, but after some time it gets complicated and pretty boring. My advice is adding more gameplay elements to it and maybe pick a different song, this song killed my ears.
This is your first game, right? Well, it is still not too bad, but I hope you understood what you could improve in the future.

Hey,
Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you did not like the music. I do agree that the game is lacking in game-play elements and I will try to make a more complete game in the near future.
This game is very well done. The music, graphics, gameplay, mechanics, are all insanely well put together and amazing. My only complaint however (and maybe it's just because I'm dumb) but I honestly couldn't tell what was going on. Other than that, I absolutely loved the game.
Hey,
Thanks, I really appreciate it. To answer your question, you are supposed to maneuver the character around the map to open up the chest without triggering the explosive squares. The squares will explode randomly upon player touch. The harder the difficulty, the more likely the squares will explode and cause you to start over. Think of it like you are trying to reach a destination, but there are a hundred landmines in your way. You have to choose carefully how you proceed or you will explode.
