ill tell ya,
ok, first thing to do is to download the NG pre loader, click "get NG Preloader" in the portal, second, you MUST get motion tweening, draw something, select it, and press F8, after go to properties and click on the layer of the object, the properties will have new opptions and one will be tweening, then, click on the 5 or ten spot on the time line in that spesific layer, (remember, only one movie clip per layer) if this does not work, you can go to the portal and select "learn flash" clocks are cool!
