rockstah complimented on the music, and I agree; it's very good. I love Danny Elfman's music (he did the Nightmare before Christmas, Batman 1 & 2, Spider-Man 1 & 2 and Mars Attacks to name a few). I'd like to know what song that is so I can find it somewhere... Anyway very good movie!
The title of the main song is "The Cookie Factory" from the Edward Scissorhands soundtrack. Though I don't know the name of the short intro music, I can tell you that it is also on the same soundtrack as well.

Using the music of Danny Elfman doesn't exactly count as stealing ideas from Edward Scissorhands. I don't see any connection in plot whatsoever, at best they both have that Tim Burton feel and at worse they share the same music.
This is one of the truly original ideas on NG today.
