Reviews for "LOTR Parody: SE p1"

That made me laugh real hard. I couldn't breathe.

Good job, citizen! You've made a nice spoof that anyone can relate to (If they've watched the movie, that is) I love the voice acting, it has a somewhat feeling of realism there, as if you were actually watching THE movie. Hope to see more from you. And P.S.; What is the name of the song from the opening of the DVD-like intro? Please respond if you have any information about this. Thank you.

TheGreyPilgrim responds:

Thanks for the great review! The name of the song we used in the menu was "Evenstar". It's from the soundtrack CD of The Two Towers. The song we used for the intro of the movie was "Minas Tirith" from the Return of the King soundtrack.

Not Bad

It was ok it wasn't great but it wasn't horrible. I personally didn't like the style you used. It just was kinda stupid how you just used pictures and then just moved the mouth but that is just my oppinion. The sound was alright but some parts were just not that good. Like the way the one hobbit talked it didn't sound anything like the really guy but on the other hand Gandolf sounded really good so wasn't sure if I liked it or not. It was a alrigt flash with a really cool menu design I think more people will comment ont that than anything.

Overall: Work on Sound/Graphic 7

NICE JOB

It kinda is funny but I was more focused to the menu design! the menu is ***king wicked!

TheGreyPilgrim responds:

Thanks! The pictures were taken from the Extended Edition Two Towers DVD. Mithrandir did all the editting and I did the animation and buttons.

Classic! Absolutely hilarious!

Seriously, that has to be one of the best flash animations I have ever had the joy of watching. Almost every line was hilarious and had me literally rolling on the floor with laughter. I loved how you took graphics of the movie to use in your animation - a very clever technique that is sometimes hard to pull off; you did it perfectly. The voices were VERY funny and it was even funnier because they actually sounded like the characters. All in all, great stuff! I look forward to seeing more off this stuff. Keep the movies as funny as this and you'll have an excellent series.

Good job!

Very funny! I was laughing through the whole thing.. but that pippin and denethor thing was a little creepy. I cant wait for part two.. keep up the good work!
