not bad. You get a 0 in sound becuase the music would have benn a lot better out of the Soundtrack.
Maybe Hellmarch 2 or Blow it Up. Also, why the heck would the soviets NEED a Seaborn version of the IC? It wouldn't be all that much cheaper.
In fact, it would probebly cost more. And it's not like they need a mobile one. They could just set up a base and build one near the target.
