...I don't get it.
I'm a huge fan of Fallout and stuff, but I have no idea what's going on in this flash. All I knew was that big guy was a super mutant.
I give it a somewhat decent rating because "Slaves? Slaves!?" kinda made me laugh.

It's not bad for a first flash. You need to invest more time into sound effects and maybe some lip syncing. Keep at it, you've got some good humour there.

I was actually thinking of doing a funny flash as my next project, since I´m so full of shit I guess I could share:D

You obviously put alot of effort into this and you should be proud, it has some genuinely funny moments and the art isnt all that bad. Some areas that could do with some improvement... well as you have pointed out, the lack of FX is a real bummer it just feels weird at some points and I think the sound would help make it clearer what was happening. Action could be animated too abit more detail and that would make it more effective, like the punches, they looked kinda slow and weak. Other wise it was a good effort and I really like the characters of the two guards they were great, bring them back I say !

That was more insulting to the Fallout series than Fallout: Tactics.
Nuff said.
(Though I would try to synch the voices, get a better plot or a plot period, draw in accordance with your skills, and fix the preloader/soundeffects you mentioned. Sorry if this is too harsh... I was just excited as I loved Fallout 2.)
