Well.....
A Very Tempormental Preloading Screen forces me to give this a very low score. I thought at first it might be my connection...But then, I was able to watch 3 other flashes while this one still continued to stay stuck in the same loading rut. So, of course, I refreshed ..deleted history..and did that whole shpeel...and...it's the same exact thing...it loads a quarter of the way...and just freezes....so, I usually don't review submissions unless I watch them...But, I have to give low marks here even though I haven't seen the flash due to the god awful preloader...
