For a first animation, this is actually above average. Maybe next time don't use so many tweens. I know you're a newbie at animating flash, but you'll get better!

A lot of references to your other animations and to other things (psycho, other resident evil games). LOTS of hidden things (try zooming on things that are too small to read evreyone).
That added to your habitual humor and style makes up for the greatest Resident Evil parody, if not the best parody I ever saw.
