I only liked the last part where there are signs of... well, a story plot to all of this whole nightmarish thingy going on... I get this is an anchor point to show the storyline of the series (if there was one)... basically, after viewing this, it made me think that there is much more that is going on then what we have already seen...

I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with a lot of people here, this doesn't have the same effect your original 4 gave. I will go into specifics in a second...
First thing is first, the graphics and animation were an improvement. They have gotten better throughout the series, this is to be expected since it has been seen through pretty much every series so far. Even so, good job on that.
Now with that said, you seem to have lost a part of your style. It isn't creepy or scary anymore, it doesn't give that same effect. Watch the second one then watch this one.. it's entirely different. Unfortunately for you the style and effect of the style was what really powered these movies and gave results. Take that away and you take away the results.
Basically, what I'm saying here is. Either quit while you are ahead, or go back and re-look what made the old movies great. Then try to impliment them into the new ones while adding your new, fresh material.
When I was done watching this I wasn't really satisfied, I was a little confused actually. It was one of those "what the hell just happened?".
