Convert mp3 to wav, then use this oooold program (so old the open file box shows things like "PROGRA~" instead of "Program Files" :P) called "Audio View", open the wav, reverse it, then re-record it as an mp3.
There are easier ways, but I'm to lazy to find one. heh
