Its alot better than chrstianity...
judiasm and islam. Dont get me wrong scientology may have some weird aspects to it but nothing in comparison to the WACO judeo-christian relgions. 1) there is a prayer in judiasm- forgive me god who hath not made me a slave...animal...AND WOMEN. Justification and allowance of slavery 2) christianity- The pain of childbrith will be intenisfied because of eves transgression and women will never raise above men. ALONG with justification of slavery (decendents of HAM). Islam- lower place of women throughout its scripiture...OBSSESSION with sex (wash after sex, if u cant find water use sand?!??!)
ALONG WITH...floods, hateful angry god, sodom and gamoorah, flying dudes with wings....the world being like a total of 3000 years old or something... If u live in a glass house dont throw stones people.
The west has created some pretty CRAPPY relgions. u cant show me a witch inquisition done by scientologists.

This is probably one of the better YAAFMs. It seemed a little ridiculous at first, but after doing a little reading on Scientology I realized that "The Walrus" didn't need to do much exaggeration. I especially liked that references were linked at the end.
Also, props to Arnie Lerma for the excellent review.

I've always been totally freaked out by scientology, and keep looking over my shoulder to make sure I'm not going to be messed with by them. Though, really, they have so many people who think they're a joke, it's hard for them to pin down any real "threat" to them, I suppose. Anyway, I have to step in on LuciDelerium's post:
"I can only assume though that you feel Jews are overly touchy about people not liking them." Since you made such a big deal out of this, one could wonder if people born jewish ARE overly touchy. You gave this a 0 JUST because of the judaism comment. Think about that. Really, do. The holocaust happened, it's a part of history. Just because a nutty german warlord wanted jews dead, doesn't mean the rest of the world does. Get a life, get a sense of humor, and re-review this enty based on it's content, not your own discontent.
