To be perfectly honest, I really liked it. You can think of the ending in 2 ways;
1) The mother does an abortion
2) The mother commits suicide with the undelivered baby still inside
The only problem is the fetuses voice, had trouble hearing what it said.

wow. I actually really liked it. It was really interesting and funny all until the , "and then my mommy killed me", part. didnt like that :(

However for future if you do anything with that sort of BG(the woom) instead of making it look scratchy with all the brush lines going back and forth, i'd try to so somthing else.
