This game isn't bad.
It's not awful, it's completely playable. It possesses a total absence of suck. But it's nothing special. Its biggest problem is balance. All the weapons are cheap enough to buy in the first few levels, and some of the cheapest are the best--the plasma main and the slasher secondary pwn everything else. You might want to check out Project Monochrome for some good shootemup weapon balancing. Still, that said, this is a perfectly passable game. Nice job.
Good game, here are some suggestions...
The overall game was very good. Try adding more sound effecs to the "power up!" voice. !Also! please dont make the enemy fire fade out! that makes it very diffictult to tell if it actually hit you.

Very nicely done.
This game was well done except for one flaw, it was just to easy. You should make it harder, and also make money a bit harder to come by, as i found it too easy to buy everything within 4 or 5 levels. Otherwise good job!
Well, it's supposed to be easy. That way you can buy lots of weapons.
