At first I thought it was really dumb, but then I realized some of your jokes were actually pretty funny!
I really liked the part where you said, "we think the ocean maybe harboring terrorists because we've found out that oceans have harbors..." or something like that. Best joke of the whole work.
Also, good job getting a good voice actor! This would have fallen apart if the voice wasn't there.
Though it didn't look the best, I still think your idea kicked ass and was funny.
