alright lets get one thing straight the only reason i took the time to respond is because people who are actually decently knowlegable told me
ill take part of your review as a compliment but id like to see you do better right, besides sonic adventure , super mario , and god of war , devil may cry is the only action game i play , or played rather so im only doing what i know plus it did say tribute to dmc in it , you should note that
anyhow let me give you a lesson on the rating system of newgrounds
Graphics id say deserve a 8 out of 10 , id give 9 or even 10/10 though considering what i was working with
sound was great in my opinion so at least 8 / 10
interactivity deserves 10/10 from the amount of eapons and amulet cores , and overall length and effort of it
Style however if you wanna be firm on your copy off dmc thing , you can give a 0/10 , id say atleast 5/10 though considering how well i pulled it off
Violence , at least 8/10 come on ,
as for humor 6/10 it had its funny parts
now this may be tough for you cause i dont know your age but.. to give an over all score you take the sum of the other categories and divide by the count
so lets say
8+10+10+3+10+7=48
48/6 = 8 not so tough is it?
anyhow if your gonna give reviews you should learn to do them better in the future ,

The graphics looks great, but I think that's all that people focus on. First, the game starts out pretty easy, killing those easy goons. Then, the bosses are WAY harder than they should be compared to the levels before them. I somehow managed to get to the third boss, and I just gave up. You could have also given a reason why the battle was upside-down, that messed me up a decent amount.
Is this your original idea?
I was now playing an old game called Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening. But when I saw my brother play this game, It has sooooo many similarities like spinning the sword like a propeller, or jump and shoot downwards. You even make the same style of gameplay! Oh admit it! it was all Capcom's idea! You even released it on the same year as Devil May Cry 3! If you, or anybody else want some proof, go buy that game. Its available on PC and PS2. Newgrounds is a place to create stuff and be creative with it. Even I never submitted any contents, but at least I did not copy anyone's hard work.

Devil May Cry all the way and no credit was given to them.... the levels, weapons, and combos are all DMC, give them the due credit, without them you would not have made this crappy game.
