this is great. ive been waiting for u to make more. i really wanna see more. seiriously, this could be like a TV show or something.
just one thing, you should maybe make it a little more spooky..

i like the animation and the concept. however, the sound is pretty poor, and it could be alot funnier. still, i sorta like it.

I love your graphics they are like, the best I have ever seen in the yet. Not many improvements needed in fact so If you make another Spookyville USA (please do!) keep it like this, smooth graphics and simple plot!
