well the game was sorta mediocre or however the duck you spell it, although im slightly worried for your sanity. and what you do to pass time. my suggestion, dont take drugs on the toilet and you should be fine

Awsome retro throwbak + technically very detailed
This is an awesome game. Anyone who says otherwise has just never played NES or C64 or other 8 bit era games. These are the types of games I played as a kid.
That aside, there is a lot of effort here. Your character can climb vines, swing underneath platforms, throw shit in all four directions (including a freshly baked nugget straight from the anus when shooting downwards! haha!), jump, duck, and run. The enemy animations are also extremely detailed, and when you consider the number of different enemies, this adds up to a lot of work, which is just awesome. Death animations also, wicked.
Wish list:
* Cheasy sounds (someone said it was good without sound, well, why not have an option to just turn it off if you don't like it?): I kind of feel empty inside not having some cheesy 8-bit sounds while I'm playing this, and may be some corny jingles for title screens, level transitions etc.
* Jump from vines (ARGH! Why can I not jump from vines?, or at least drop off of them)
* Pause key
* Better vine control: Getting on and off the vines can be annoying, I have always hated games that made you be in the perfect position to climb ladders, ropes, vines etc. This always results in unfair deaths.
Great game
Graphics were very well made, I can't believe some people call this bad graphics!? There were quite nice death animations. Controls were okay, shooting and running from the same key is similar to super mario games, also if going by NES standards you only got 2 spare buttons, so I'm fine with that. Humor... You can't go wrong with monkeys and poo.
Overall this game is great, just needs some final polishing..
