good game!

but you could do some stuff wiht it to make it better. like different levels, and a shooting animation. but i know how hard these type of games are to make at first. also, here how to make a shooting animation:

on the first frame of your gun movieclip it should just show the gun pointing. right click on the first frame of the moviclip on the timeline and put a stop(); there. then copy ONLY THE ART and in the main scene, (outside of the movieclip, the workspace) and covert it to a symbol. right click on it, and make a shooting animation where the gun goes back a little more maybe. the go to the last keyframe of the shooting animation and put a _root.whateverguninstancenameis.gotoAndStop(1);
then copy the shooting animation and put it in the second ffraame of the gun. and make sure you ---

Good Start...

This works really well as a little prequel to a more rounded and fuller game. As it stands at the moment its a nice distraction for a little while. The lack of colour is what lets you down the most, but after a little while of playing it the lack of colour added a certain kind of strange charm. ^^ The shooting action was smooth and i had no errors, it was responsive and the aim was great, so the engine works perfectly. With a little addition of colour and perhaps something to replace the slightly grating chainsaw noise you have the premise for an enjoyable, classic 1st Person Shooter Flash Game.
I look forward to seeing your updated version. =)

Pretty cool

The chainsaw noise boiled me after a while though. Read Max Brooks' ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GUIDE and make a game based on that.

Cool.

This has really good potential, add more levels and make it harder. Maybe have the zombies actually come at you instead of just the chainsaw ones. The shotgun you used reminded me of Doom 3, it looked a lot like it :).

Not bad.. Not bad at all

I like it, It's a good to play but it does get a little repetative after a while, other than that this rocks, It's fun to play and i like the way it's set out the chainsaw can be random at times so you don't know where it's coming from, Great stuff.
