The chainsaw noise boiled me after a while though. Read Max Brooks' ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GUIDE and make a game based on that.

It was decent until you beat the second level...I clicked next level multiple times but the next level wouldnt load.

Haven't played it yet.. Actually, I'm commenting on the guy who posted below me, for being a total, and obvious, idiot. Trying to rip on someone who's making a flash game for the first time.. How pathetic. It's sad that all the no-brains always try to act like they're the shit.

Alright... you missed a step somewhere. This seems to be at an early level of creation in a way. It could be a very good game with more modifications and attension to detail. Colour would be a great touch, and more gore because that is always attractive. The sounds were alright but could still use of creative detail. I might assume that you plan to make an actual zombie attack game to follow this? That would be a good idea, the training and then the actually big battle. You could even make it a series of progressive games with some sort of objective other than kill everything. This should be some great practice for you as you learn to become a great flash game creator.
