Reviews for "Passion Collaboration"

well...

I gotta say, this is one of the best collabs I've evr seen. All artists were very good. But I still have to giv it an eight cuz some of it didn't have anything to do with kh. I was just kind of expecting it...

why

this shit is gay

beutiful

not only were a few of the animations beuatiful, but all of them were. They were put together so nicly, and made such an emotional feel. I got kindgom hearts 2 but still havnt opeend, now i cant wait too.

Same ole', same ole'...

This collab has the same problem as virtually every other collab I've ever seen, and is one of the big reasons I got away from NG for a while. IT HAS NO PURPOSE. It doesn't go anywhere. It's just a bunch of random, disjointed frames by artists who share almost nothing in common artistically.

Having your characters lip sync to the music is especially lame, and also a common feature of collabs.

If you're going to collaberate between artists, you should at the very least make sure they are all on similar levels of skill and style. Besides the fact that it was plotless and pointless, constantly having to readjust to a different style was quite distracting. I noticed that your 2 or 3 best artists sort of caught on and molding to eachother automatically (which makes sense, since they had the greatest understanding of art), but the rest just had no sense of togetherness.

Let me say one more time how much I hate pointless animations. I really really do. And I'm going to keep blamming each and every one of these until people catch on to the fact that they suck.

Although, like most collabs, you picked absolutely fantastic music. Probably to distract from the suckiness of the flash itself.

had both good and bad...

There wre scenes where the pacing was timed to the video, but most of them were disjointed from the overall project.

The music, seeing as how it's Utada Hikaru, is very nice, not teh gr8ist eva!!11!, but I do love her stuff.

Astropuff and EvilLudy's scenes were the best in terms of animation quality imo. I saw too many artists here that just tried to create still pictures traced from the game. This prduced some nice artwork but they didn't fit the rythm of the song since there was no dynamic movement.

My advice for the artists is that you work on transitions between authors for future projects so there can be some kind of continuity.
