The band was formed in June of 1998 by Yumi Nakashima (nicknamed Yuu) and Akiko Hamada (nicknamed Akko), both alumnae of the same year at Shoyo High School in Kagoshima, Kyûshû. I'd give this a 9 or a 10 if the other videos weren't in it. All the other videos weren't great. Great drawings on the 1st one

The first movie by Rtil was the best out of all of them the others are just shorts that had no point. Other than that good job =] You're going like the way you just got a 4/5 I garentee it.

It was pretty awesome. Nice graphics and the music totally suited the atmosphere. The rest were just kind of random and too short.
