the idea didn't seem efficient.
Would it not be much more logical for the character to rob the candy stores before holloween? Besides, if he was going to do all that killing shouldn't he rob the houses too for more valuable items? Just dosen't make sense to do lots and lots of high profile killing for halloween candy.
