The theme funny but gameplay sux
It was interesting to see the different animations for each character.
The part where saddam loses, falls into the hole and pop his head out, seems quite funny to me for no reason....

When fighting Bill Gate's robot,pause the game and the computers screen will show who created the game,programmers,and voices.anyway pretty good,except a few YEARS for something like this..?(ive seen AWSOME submissions done in weeks...)
Character balance!
Overall, a fun game. I think you probably focused more on the humor then gameplay, which is good in away because the characters have so many unique animations and all. They all could've used more moves, the only moves I count are the two attacks each fighter has and the one attack that can be performed in the air regardless of which attack button you push.
I have found that some characters are overly powerful. The two best examples are Bulldozer and Mr. President, where Bulldozer's tank cannon is devastating and Mr. President pretty much gets an extra life with his dad coming out when his health is depleted.
One final note, I like how some characters have totally different actions, such as some of them don't actually fight but have someone/thing fight for them, and that some of the characters are driving vehicles. On the note of vehicles, I like how you've made it so that some of them like Crusader and Bulldozer can't jump.
Just a few touches here and there and. . .
this could be quite an excellent commercial game.
The graphics are awesome and if you animated the backgrounds it would've been incredible. The character animations were alright during battle, but the after-battle animations of loss or win were awesome. (9/10)
I like the style of the game. I nice touch to the 2-D fighter genre. (8/10)
The sound was not my favorite part, but it was alright. The music matched the feel to each battle and the sound effects were funny and well placed. (7/10)
Violence was funny. The Karmanator beating up Saddam was just hilarious > <. (8/10)
The interactivity was one of the areas that kin of disappointed me. Considering that it's a game and all, I had to bring this up. The attacks were sort of balanced, but I really want more depth. This isn't about my personal preference of course, but I really think that if you gave a larger moveset to each character (different aerial attacks, combos, directional attacks, etc. ), I would buy this game. I didn't try the versus mode, but the single player mode was pretty good. (7/10)
The humor is where it's at though. Although most of the characters and their movesets were slightly offending, they were clever. The funniest momment though, in my opinion, was the fight with "Mr. President." It was clever, and the fact that you had to fight two opponents [hmm?] was hilarious > <. The graphic style helped things a LOT. (10/10)
Overall, this game is an awesome interactive flash. If you slightly upgraded things and added some things, this game would be a great commercial game. I'd buy it. (9/10)
