Needs a better soundtrack.. kinda tasteless title

I played this game out of curiousity heard about it in the local news (yeah, I live is the Roanoke VA area... close to the school).
Maybe a better title like Cho Rampage might have been better since the whole friggin' world knows about him.
And that soundtrack... WIMPY!!!! And Alt 90's band? Maybe it was Cho's favorite but wouldn't be cooler if some Death Metal band such as Cannibal Corpse and Mortician was played? At least that'll make up for the horrid Atari 2600/Commodore 64 graphics (you're prob too young too remember those consoles/PC's)

"Exploiting a tragedy" - ???

To those who take the time to talk about how horrible this is and how the author/creator is exploiting the tragedy..

I ask, if this offends you so much, why is it ok for the media to talk about his story and exploit the dead and survivors?

Exploitation is defined as "Utilization of another person or group for selfish purposes."

TV is all about advertising and numbers. The people want to get paid, they're not out there talking to students who's friends just died "because it's their duty". That's why they had to be there as quickly as possible, that's why Geraldo and co. "Found the killer" when in fact they had not. It's all about scooping the other guy so you're there first and attract more viewers.

They could have refused to show this game on the news, but didn't...

Ask yourself why... who's really exploiting who?

Maybe they're exploiting this guy and possibly... you?

Maybe it wasn't Cho who killed those people, but a group of knee-jerk reacting, bored, TV zombies such as yourselves.

Let the people involved mourn in peace, quit acting like you're a part of it when you live thousands of miles away, quit calling out for attention, quit trying to look like the hero, the villain, etc.

Get a life, of your own and let others live their's the way they see fit.

Too soon for most

Well, many aren't upset by the columbine shootings any more, and other massacres mean nothing by now... this game wouldn't cause so much controversy in a year or so. People act concerned- but they really don't care. As a game, and the time it took to make it and all, it's pretty good. I live right next to blacksburg and i am a hokie fan- but I'm not offended by the game- maybe because i'm a /b/tard and I found the "v-tech kicking in" thing hilarious.
We're all going to hell. haha
