My messages were unorganized, So I wanted to make this comment.
First of all, i give you 10 stars for making such a great game with such a guitar hero feel. i have many reccomendations for the sequel, not very big, but some things that would make the game much mroe enjoyable. I play your game all the time and i love it.
1: Song Choice - most people dont like metal, although i love it. im not sure why you picked the songs you did, but they were ok. try adding more modern rock and classic rock, everybody would be happy with that. with better songs and more of them the game would be much better.
2: Difficulty - easy mode is too hard for an easy mode. i think you should rename it to medeum, medium to hard, and hard to expert, and just make an easy mode. and please DO NOT make hard mode easier, i passed it without much hesitation and it would be horrible to see it easier.
3: Button Mashing - its way too easy to get through a song by button mashing, make it so your bar gets lower if you hit without notes there, and missing a note should drop your bar farther. its way to easy to beat a song missing half the notes. Thats why you dont even really need to hit the 6th fret and i think the 6th fret was an awesome idea.
4: Accuracy, although the game is very accurate with detecting notes, please change how if your holding a long note and you hit a higher fret the long note still continues. also dont make hammer-ons that are on the same note, because that didnt make much sence. sometimes things like this ruin the whole guitar hero feel.
5: Graphics - i love the plain and simple graphics, makes the game run better. but try to make the note pad nicer, more like guitar hero. it would make the game so much more enjoyable. it wouldnt hurt to make the game a bit prettier.
6: Story Mode - I can't tell you how much better the game would be if it had a story mode or something. because the fact that you can beat a song on easy, then hard, then medium, kinda sucks. it would be too awesome if it had an easy, medium and hard mode.
7: Star Power - Everybody would just love if there was star power in this game, just letting you know that would be very cool. It would also help if you stop people from being able to pass a song through just button mashing and missing half the notes like you can right now. Maybe even a whammy bar? although i dont think the wammy bar is nessesary.
Those are the only real problems i've ever encountered while playing this game and im sure that with those improvements this game would be EPIC! Especially the story mode, i would just love that in this game. Those are the main possible improvements that you could make on this game.
