To reach the Don Ramon`s medal, you need to kill the second "giant" goomba with a kick. If you jump on it, Don Ramon will not appears.

Is Don Ramon's Honor medal broken? Having the end level thing in the "Sonic" level spin to Don Ramon's picture and even clicking that picture doesn't unlock this and I'm thinking it should.
Just your basic overpowered Chuck Norris smash everything game.
