Interesting game but..
Even if you kill only like two patients it says you killed them all. Might wanna change that

Doesn't for me, you only lose the patient when you click the next button from the info box after clicking a wrong answer.

Nah, people can live with a few miss spellings, it's not like you can't understand it.
Nice idea for a quiz! Not the kind of content you'd expect for the NG community but it's useful knowledge. The slow song gets a bit-... slow sometimes, but apart from that it was short and simple (well, simple to play, not all simple answers), a good interface and.. medals! That's always a plus. Nice work!
