A fun game when you play in the first few minutes. Annoying if you start to play any longer. There is a thin line between making a game challenging or frustrating. This game definitely goes into the latter : / I think it would've of been really good otherwise, though! Some hints as to what to do should of been given as well. Like how the hell is anyone supposed to know that you have to embarrass yourself and BEG her to iron your clothes like a 'lil kid all for a freaking refund? Good idea for a game, but certainly need some serious tweaking!

Impressive.
By not going against her, which avoids an opening for her to ask you to leave, and pointing out to her gently and metaphorically that she is the only one can help, which imply you are not giving up easily, she gives in.
The laundry conversations is a subtle threat-- "I am not leaving and if you will not refund, I will keep talking in a way you cannot send me away until you let me refund. Because you are the ONLY ONE."--which she clearly received.
I have to play twice or thrice to understand ^^
I will definitely try other games.

The Negotiator series is absolutely fantastic. I just wish they would make more of those games, and make them downloadable. This game is very great.

One star for no glitches (that I experienced), one star for voice acting that's not completely terrible, half a star because it was somewhat entertaining, and another half-star because of the fact that getting belligerent, violent, or threatening to sue doesn't work. However, the half-star is subtracted because, seriously, the solution is to beg the woman, a complete stranger, to iron your clothes. "Well, will YOU iron my clothes?" Seems kinda creepy.

I am also wondering why I am unable to point out that the coffee was spilled on the iron AFTER my shirt was burned.

so rather than say that customer satisfaction is of importance u r supposed 2 offer the represenitive money 2 iron 4 u and thats how u get refunds
