Arqum, have you ever heard about alternative universes? This series are not based on the real sonic story, but it is as i said: Alternative Universe. In this universe, Sonic doesn't know who is Rouge and Chaotix (as you could see in the previous episode), Shadow and Silvers are the dragons, (lol) and all the Megaman characters are some kind of the world protectors. Ok, that should be it. I hope you can understand it better.
Just some things: Firstly Tikal is Knuckles dead ancestors ghost.She appeared in sonic adventure 1 in 1999. Zero is second in command of the Maverick hunters, first being X Mega man's grandson or something. Brother I dunno. Oh and Rouge is a treasure hunter. And Tails's real name is Miles Prower.
