Could be better
I find this version to be inferior to the original. However, its still a great game. The in game upgrading isn't exactly...fun. If you make epic war 3, take the upgrade system from the first.

I saw an over 9000! joke.
And thus, you win.
Such a fun game.
But it's so freaking hard. Lots more thinking required. I keep getting owned on level 6. I think I've got the upper hand, until a horde of trolls come. Then from somewhere, a bunch of lava erupts from the ground, and my foot soldiers can't even make it halfway across the battlefield before collapsing.
I would have had an anger fit by now, if I wasn't such a controlled person. Still, I love challenges, and I will beat this game.

killer racer x, I was easily able to hack this game 999999 mana/ exp
but anyways, this was a great game, I liked it more than the first, but I think that the first one was harder even though everyone else says this one is harder

It does start off A little slow. The cledric was a very intresting unit. If you put one with the paladin you can just destroy there base with 2 units in the first sevral levels. Also I noticed the cledric was invincible to my arrows. Very good game.
