Holy crap
As I was going up against the final elven mission.. I almost destroyed their castle and then all of a sudden there was like a million super powered units (ok maybe not a million) But a ton of them coming at me.. they had like four cannons and three trebs and a whole buncha paladin equals. The destroyed my force and half killed my castle. I was surprised I beat them. Anyway to the review.
The game was great and it didn't have any lag until the massive troop formation that appeared as aforementioned. The archer two bow moved up and down way too fast though, slow it down some and it will be great. Granted fast movement is great, but not when you are a hair away from shooting someone in the head.
Unit art was good.. although it's small for some of the units, but it's supposed to be on an EPIC scale, so that's fine.
Sound was great from the music (which did get boring after awhile but good for short play through) The sounds of arrows magic and blade meeting your enemy was good as well. Better than the first EW.
I didn't like that you had to use mana to upgrade your stuff after you bought the stuff with your Exp. But that's just me complaining.
Overall a great sequel to the first. It obviously surpasses it as well.

Great game. I love it to death. The fact that you can upgrade does throw the difficulty off a bit towards you, but still a great game. My only problem is the sensitivity of the arrow launcher. Too much, tone it down. Its hard enough aiming when I cant see the damn thing, now if I barely touch the key long enough, bam its completely off target. Again really loved, 10 of ten, 5 of five.
